Nice'n'Easy Foam Colourant

Since September I've had "natural" hair (by which I mean a colour that people can be worn with, even if I wasn't) and have been slowly getting darker and darker. I'm naturally a dirty blonde but since before I reached double digits I was experimenting with colours - primarily those multi-coloured clips you would melt into your roots - I even had five colours in my hair!
Foam colourants are the easiest method of self-dying your hair as you generally only need one bottle instead of two normal dyes, it's easier to apply, and I find makes my hair healthier. John Frieda was the first brand I tried although I have also used Wilkinson's own £3 foam which I found worked just as well so I wouldn't say Nice'n'Easy is the best one to get (I actually purchased this because Boots had a 2 for £10 offer on) but it's definitely not worse than the others.
I'll always love bright colours, my favourite being last June when I was pink, but it seems that "natural" hair makes life a tad easier. My hair is healthier and people generally don't mind decisions about you as quickly. However my hand is itching to be a mermaid for a trial so maybe I'll be blue come summer!
