Lush is 100% the best smelling shop in the entire universe. You can smell it a mile off and simply cannot avoid going in, where you know the loveliness of the staff will have you leaving with a stash. I first started using them when “King of the Mods” and “Goth Juice” arrived – although there was no store near me so it always seemed a real treat.
Of course their bath bombs are what they’re famous for (my favourite being the one with confetti) but it’s their facemasks I go gaga over. Cosmetic Warrior has always been my top pick but since going Vegan I had to give it up (sob sob) so was left with my other top two – Catastophe Cosmetic which has blueberries or Cupcake which is obviously chocolate. Although C.C smells delicious and works a treat I tend to go with Cupcake… I mean what girl can resist?
They are meant to be used within three weeks (although mine last four and are fine) and kept refrigerated. After removing makeup and opening pores with a warm flannel simply apply to face and leave for 10-15 minutes before rinsing and moisturising. I hadn’t used for a while and really could notice the difference after just one application.
